I float up and I float down, i'm everywhere 12pm..it's now 8pm, where did the time go? I sit and stare, my brain stuck on the glitche', PTSD full flare
Peace, Joy, and Love, but the greatest of these is love It's easy to get persuaded by the evil of this place we call home Sometimes it can feel so hard to Rise Above
The strife that people do because of their own evil intentions Man, that leaves a scar, often one that we can't see We're brought to our knees, begging God for his Divine Interventions
It's said to not give those that caused you harm, the steering wheel of your life
Because they're still living their life as you fade away from the pain But as I have known, Iron Sharpens Iron, is it really worth the strife?
We act based on the programming of our self-belief system, without putting the effort into learning the effects Resentments build and before you know it, you're up to your eyelids in mud So many that are fighting demons of their past, but they're considered Society's Rejects
Like Rocky Balboa, You Keep Getting Up, but sometimes I think today's it, this will be the last knock I take Pain I won't fake
It's 8pm, I get lost in the atoms of space But, these beautiful flowers we must embrace
