Life was a winding road Your heart, behold

If it brings you to your knees and you're gasping for air Make sure to put your hands in prayer

Row Row Row your boat Gently down the stream Even when the ride makes you want to scream

Often we have to lose ourselves to know what we're made of Even when it comes to push or shove

Perseverance can teach you the hardest lessons of life Because when you're raging against the storm, the resistance of giving up becomes the greatest victory against the strife
