Have you ever been on your hands and knees couped up in a corner, just begging, begging God to give you ease?
One thought of existential fears to PTSD to dysregulation that leads to anxiety and depression.
I don't want this impression.
Hospitalization and ER visits couldn't take the pain away.
God, Please take me, I'd pray.
Through the despair and dissociating, I'd walk, walk in hopes my senses would come back to me.
Many signs would come to me, through people and signs showing me I could break free.
I woke up one day with a purpose, to share my story and spread awareness in hopes to make a difference.
Miles away from my home, I typed my first memoir on an Android phone to bring deliverance.
Demons, they're real. And boy do they steal.
They've followed me into the dark, relationships, my sleep.
And the time wasted, they keep.
Each journey in this world is unique, but remember you've got a purpose, hold on, c'mon.
Don't quit before your victory has been won.
