I hope your 2021 is going well, and that you are staying safe during this pandemic. I hope whatever you may be dealing with that you're holding on, through the rough waters, because in life, there will always be rough waters like the ocean, but it slows down, it comes to calm. Imagine your life like the ocean, the ocean still holds on through the trying times.

Depression will always want to keep you down, it's the fight to fight against it, and Rise Up...even if you don't feel like it. Once you start doing one thing, that one thing can lead to something else. I believe in you!
